In the park at the base of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office towers.
Later in the trip, I’d meet Mike Walker-Toye, a London based street photographer. (I’d actually come across him last fall via his wife Suzy who’d written a great piece on how to set up your new Olympus OM-D EM-5 for underwater photography.) He shoots exclusively in black and white and there was plenty of good natured ribbing back and forth between him and others on the trip who were shooting underwater, almost always in color. Our standard line was that if the shot didn’t look good in color, maybe try it in B&W, right Mike?
