For those still keeping score, we’re up to course 16.  And this is the last savory one.  Next up 4 desserts.  But let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

Out comes a waiter, a bowl in each hand. A fork balanced on each bowl.  And a little tangle of root vegetable slaw on each fork.  A little veal heart for my dining partner.  Not for me.

Served with: The Rare Wine Co. ‘Boston Bual’ Madeira.  Loved the Madeira.
